Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and client meetings.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Present and pitch services to clients effectively.
Understand client requirements and work with the creative team to deliver tailored solutions.
Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts.
Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor activities.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree
1-3 years of experience in sales/business development (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and persuasive skills.
Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.
