The ideal candidate will be confident in handling calls, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospects to promote franchisee opportunities.
Follow up on incoming enquiries and convert them into successful franchise deals.
Clearly explain the benefits of the franchise model, services offered, costs, location, and financial arrangements.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects via telephone and scheduled meetings.
Support existing franchisees in their new store development and ensure smooth communication.
Act as a brand ambassador of Emedix and represent the company professionally.
Continuously develop product and industry knowledge to improve sales effectiveness.
Requirements
Graduate degree required (Post-graduate preferred).
2-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or tele calling.
Strong communication and persuasive skills (both spoken & written English required).
Outgoing, energetic, and confident in engaging with the public.
Proficient in MS Office and computer applications.
Well-groomed, detail-oriented, and professional in approach.
Preferred Skills
Prior experience in tele calling / franchise sales.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of pharmacy/healthcare industry is an added advantage.
