Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through cold calling, identifying potential leads, nurturing client relationships, and closing sales. This role requires strong communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and a passion for meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct cold calls to potential clients to introduce company products/services. Identify and qualify new sales leads through various channels (calls, emails, LinkedIn, etc.). o Maintain and update lead information in CRM systems. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing clients. Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations. Follow up on leads and move them through the sales pipeline toward closure. Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with campaigns. Provide regular reports on lead generation and sales performance.
Requirements:

Proven experience in sales, telemarketing, or a related field (preferred). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities. Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach. Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
