Key Responsibilities:
Daily customer visits in the assigned region and generating new sales leads.
Act as the primary point of contact between the company and customers (existing & potential).
Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate product applications.
Negotiate prices, delivery schedules, and specifications with customers.
Finalize orders by negotiating terms & conditions effectively.
Maintain enquiry, quotation, sales, and order records systematically.
Follow up with customers for payment and required documentation.
Prepare weekly customer visit plans with guidance from Sales Manager / Management.
Submit weekly visit and sales reports to Management.
Attend weekly sales training and share best practices with peers.
Represent the company at trade exhibitions, industry events, and product demonstrations.
Update customers on upcoming product launches and developments.
Basic knowledge of Hydraulics, Pneumatics, and Process Valves.
Understand customer base and industrial regions in the assigned territory.
