Job Summary



Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar Auditorium, Lucknow is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven

Sales Executive

to join its Events Services team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving auditorium bookings, increasing revenue, and building long-term relationships with clients. This position requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the events industry, and the ability to convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.

The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, promoting the auditorium's facilities, preparing sales proposals, and ensuring client satisfaction from initial inquiry to event execution. The role also involves representing the auditorium at networking and promotional events while staying updated with market trends in the events and hospitality sector.

Key Responsibilities



Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase auditorium bookings and revenue. Identify and approach potential clients through calls, visits, networking, and referrals. Promote the auditorium for conferences, seminars, cultural programs, exhibitions, and social events. Handle client inquiries regarding availability, capacity, facilities, and pricing. Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate, government, and private clients. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and emerging trends in the events sector. Ensure timely follow-up for confirmations, documentation, and payments. Maintain accurate sales records, client databases, and booking calendars. Track sales performance and submit regular reports to management. Represent the auditorium at industry events, exhibitions, and promotional activities

Requirements & Qualifications



Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role in the events, hospitality, or venue management industry. Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to meet and exceed assigned sales and booking targets. Experienced in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email). Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Event Management, or a related field
