Key Responsibilities
Sales Support
Conduct outbound calls to inquiries and potential leads from online, walk-ins, or referral sources.
Provide product/service information and encourage appointments or store visits.
Follow up with warm leads to increase conversion and sales opportunities.
Coordinate with sales teams to schedule appointments, consultations, or service sessions.
Maintain and update customer/lead data in CRM or tracking systems.
Administrative Tasks
Perform daily administrative duties such as documentation, data entry, and maintaining records.
Prepare reports including lead status, follow-up sheets, appointment schedules, and daily productivity logs.
Manage email communication, calendars, and internal coordination.
Assist in office operations such as maintaining files, forms, and front-office support.
Customer Interaction
Provide polite, professional, and timely communication to customers.
Assist with queries related to products, services, appointments, or order status.
Ensure strong customer satisfaction through effective follow-up and clarity.
Skills & Competencies
Excellent verbal communication and customer-handling skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Basic experience with CRM or lead management tools
Positive attitude, adaptability, and professionalism
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
High school/diploma/graduate (any discipline)
Experience in sales support, customer service, admin, or calling roles preferred
