Responsibilities * Develop, analyze, and maintain detailed sales performance reports and dashboards to support business decision-making.

• Prepare insightful and visually impactful presentations showcasing business trends and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, finance, and product, to gather relevant data to improve reporting accuracy.
• Identify key trends in sales data and provide strategic insights to optimize sales strategies and operations.
• Drive automation in reporting processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Communicate analytics insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and data security practices in all reporting and analytics activities.

Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales analytics, reporting, and presentation, preferably in the insurance or BFSI sector.
• Proficiency in advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with insurance products, sales cycles, and financial terminology.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative, and dynamic environment.
