Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Client Acquisition

: Finding potential clients, nurturing leads, and converting prospects into customers.

Strategy Development

: Creating and implementing sales and growth strategies, analyzing market trends, and staying updated on industry developments.

Relationship Management

: Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients, partners, and stakeholders.

Sales & Negotiation

: Preparing proposals, delivering presentations, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.

Collaboration

: Working with marketing, product, and other internal teams to align efforts and develop solutions.

Performance Tracking

: Monitoring sales metrics, analyzing performance, and reporting to management.

Market Research

: Conducting research to understand market needs, competitor activities, and opportunities.

Representation

: Representing the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.
Core Skills

Excellent communication (written & verbal) and negotiation skills. Strong sales, interpersonal, and networking abilities. Analytical and strategic thinking. Self-motivation and a results-driven approach.
Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
