Job Summary
As a Sales Analyst in GTM Sales Ops, you will be the strategic driver behind sales efficiency, productivity, and performance. lead cross-functional initiatives, optimize sales processes, and implement scalable programs that empower the sales organization to exceed targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences Support internal sales teams selling company-owned (1P/3P) & Hybrid products by managing operational processes, data, and tools to drive efficiency and revenue growth.
Job Requirements
Master's/Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
6+ years of experience in Sales operations, program management, or a related domain.
Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
Good understanding on Cloud Business model, reoccurring business and usage trends.
Proficiency in CRM systems, Salesforce is must.
Experience with Salesforce.com Administration & configuration; Salesforce certification (ADM201 or ADM301) is a plus.
Excellent analytical skills and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage programs that support 1P/3P Products, SaaS Applications and marketplace Cloud providers.
Collaborate with departments such as Sales, Marketing, IT, Planning and Analytics team to ensure smooth execution of initiatives.
Develop and maintain project plans, timelines.
Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks that could impact program success.
Process Improvement: Design and implement improvements to streamline sales operations and increase efficiency.
Coordinate with global teams to ensure consistent support across North America, EMEA, and APAC regions, willing to work in rotational shifts (24*5) support
Territory Management: Assist in defining territories/Named Exceptions and Manage Hyperscaler(Azure, AWS & GCP) subscriptions.
CRM & Tools Management: Support the implementation and optimization of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales tools.
Support quarterly business reviews (QBRs), planning cycles, and other strategic initiatives with data and insights.
Data Analysis: Analyze sales data to identify trends, forecast performance, and inform strategic decisions.
