We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical
Sales Analyst
to support our in-house sales team by analyzing sales data, preparing reports, and generating actionable insights. The role will help improve sales performance, forecasting accuracy, and decision-making through data-driven analysis.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze sales performance data, trends, and KPIs to identify opportunities and gaps.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and dashboards.
Track sales targets vs. achievements and share performance insights with management.
Support sales forecasting, budgeting, and pipeline analysis.
Work closely with the sales team to evaluate campaign effectiveness and pricing strategies.
Maintain and update CRM data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Identify customer buying patterns, product-wise performance, and regional trends.
Assist in creating MIS reports and presentations for internal reviews.
Ensure data integrity and consistency across sales reports and systems.
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in
MS Excel
(Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, charts).
Experience with CRM tools and sales reporting systems.
Good understanding of sales metrics, funnels, and forecasting techniques.
Ability to interpret data and present insights in a clear manner.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Qualification & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
2 to 5years of experience
in a Sales Analyst or similar analytical role.
Prior experience in an in-house sales environment will be an added advantage.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
