CTC Salary: 30k to 35k

Shift: Day Shift 2pm to 11pm IST

Workdays: Monday through Friday and Sunday few hours

Work Experience: Must have good IT and English skill, with some sales and UK, USA, AUS Europe experience would be good

Make Reports

Products analysis for Lost new analysis products for customer

Low spending customer analysis

Any other for sales manager

Live analysis

To analyse order as they are taken for upselling and cross selling

Lead generation

Finding new customer and getting decision maker details

Doing market research on market share etc

Marketing support

WhatsApp marketing, spending promotion and offers

Website, making sure we are regular updating website

Data management

Making sure our customer data is accurate and tidy

Report running /analysis daily weekly monthly

Competitor analysis

Call existing businesses to take orders and then upsell and cross sell items.

Call new businesses to open accounts and start buying goods.

Call any existing businesses that have not placed order (Lost accounts)

Answering customer queries

General sales support / call support

Purchasing support if required

The individual needs to be

Strong sales skills

Strong English Language

Calm under pressure

Confident on the phone when dealing with customers.

Maths literacy

Computer literate

Good organisation and time management skills

Flexible approach to duties

Required to work additional hours as and when required.
