Job Description

We are launching a new premium alcoholic beer brand in Haryana, focused on taste innovation and a refreshing drinking experience. As we expand in Gurugram, we are looking for an energetic and passionate sales personnel to drive our retail presence and build strong trade relationships.

Key Responsibilities:



Develop and maintain partnerships with local retail outlets, liquor vends, breweries, bars, pubs, lounges, and restaurants. Drive product placements across key sales points and ensure consistent brand visibility. Organize and coordinate promotional events, tasting sessions, and brand activation activities.

Requirements:



Graduate with 1-25 years of field sales experience in the alcoholic beverage or FMCG sector (beer, spirits, or wine preferred). Strong local network and understanding of on-trade and off-trade channels in Gurugram. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Energetic, result-oriented, and comfortable working in a startup environment. Ability to travel locally and manage multiple client interactions daily.
