This full-time role requires a candidate with up to 10 years of experience in capital raising and relationship management. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving fundraising activities for our funds, maintaining investor relations, and ensuring the alignment of investment strategies with our organizational goals.Qualifications and Skills

  • Postgraduate in qualification, with prior experience from wealth management or AIF.
  • Proven experience in capital raising from institutional, Family Office and HNI investors, showcasing a track record of successful fund allocations.
  • Expertise in relationship management to sustain and grow our existing investor base through personalized liaison and support.
  • Client acquisition skills are mandatory and a critical aspect of this role to expand our network and initiate new partnerships.
  • Strong background in investor relations to effectively communicate and align investor requirements with our fund strategies.
  • Deep understanding of venture capital dynamics and ability to identify emerging market trends and investment opportunities.
  • Experience in lead generation and nurturing potential investor leads to successful long-term partnerships.
  • Excellence in sales presentations, communicating complex investment strategies clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.
  • Strong networking skills to leverage existing networks and forge new relationships for sustained growth and development.
Roles and Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement fundraising strategies to meet and exceed capital raising targets across our SEBI registered schemes.
  • Manage and expand relationships with existing investors, ensuring continuous engagement and investment satisfaction.
  • Initiate and cultivate new investor relationships, focusing on both institutional and HNI clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align investment strategies and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
  • Conduct detailed market research and analysis to identify new opportunities for investor engagement and fund growth.
  • Design and deliver compelling sales presentations and investment pitches to diverse audiences.
  • Regularly update stakeholders on fund performance, market conditions, and strategic developments.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for investor inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate information flow.
