We are looking for a dynamic Sales Agent skilled in both inbound and outbound calling, with strong product understanding and the ability to guide customers effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls to engage prospects and existing customers
Quickly grasp product features and advise customers based on their needs
Identify customer requirements, pinpoint pain points, and suggest suitable solutions
Encourage customers to move to the next stage of the sales conversation
Maintain accurate call and lead records
Requirements:
Strong communication and convincing skills
Ability to understand customer needs and recommend effective solutions
Confident, proactive, and target-driven
Experience in telesales or customer service is an advantage
