As a
Sales Agent
, you will represent
Utssavi
at exhibitions, stalls, and pop-up events. You'll be responsible for engaging visitors, explaining product details, and closing sales. Meeting sales targets, maintaining a professional demeanor, and updating the management team with daily/weekly reports are critical to success in this role.
Key Responsibilities
Stand and operate Utssavi's stall during expos, trade fairs, and events.
Actively approach and engage customers in conversation to promote products.
Explain product features, materials, pricing, and available offers clearly.
Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets
for each event or week.
Manage stall setup, display arrangement, and restocking during events.
Handle billing, cash/card payments, and maintain accurate transaction records.
Collect customer feedback and relay insights to the sales/marketing team.
Maintain punctuality and discipline throughout event hours.
Number of walk-ins handled
Customer feedback and challenges faced
Build strong product knowledge to confidently address customer queries.
Ensure the stall area remains clean, attractive, and inviting at all times.
Support post-event inventory counting and reporting.
Skills & Qualifications Required:
Minimum qualification: 12th pass; graduates preferred.
Prior experience in
retail sales / exhibitions / brand promotions / customer service
is an advantage.
Excellent

Must be

Maintain 100% attendance on assigned expo days.
Immediate reporting of sales summary and observations after every event.

Timely communication with management regarding inventory, stall status, or issues.
