to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, guiding clients through property transactions, and providing exceptional service throughout the buying, selling, or leasing process.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospect and generate new leads through cold calling, networking, site visits, and referrals
Conduct property showings and site visits with clients
Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties
Understand client requirements and present suitable property options
Negotiate deals and ensure successful closures
Maintain and update client database (CRM)
Collaborate with marketing team to create listings and promotional materials
Stay up to date with market trends, prices, and legal documentation
Prepare necessary paperwork (agreements, MOUs, etc.) for transactions
Coordinate with legal, finance, and documentation teams when required
Attend client meetings, site launches, and real estate exhibitions
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or similar role (preferred but not mandatory)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
Good knowledge of the local real estate market
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification is an advantage
Vehicle and valid driving license (preferred)
Compensation:
Incentives: Lucrative commission structure based on performance
