to promote our services and grow our member base.
Job Role & Responsibilities:
Promote and sell savings schemes, RD/FD plans, and loan products
Identify and onboard new members for the society
Build relationships with individuals, households, and small businesses
Generate leads through fieldwork, referrals, and networking
Assist customers in completing applications and documentation
Achieve monthly and weekly sales targets
Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum Qualification: 10th pass (12th/Graduation preferred)
Freshers and experienced agents welcome
Must be confident, self-driven, and good at communication
Prior sales or field experience in finance, insurance, or microfinance is a plus
Basic knowledge of local areas and languages (Telugu required)
