About the Role

We are looking for a confident and well-spoken Sales Professional who can manage sales operations across our Real Estate, Interior Designing, and Digital Marketing businesses (Internet Spark). Your role will be to handle inbound and outbound leads, schedule site/office visits, explain service packages, and manage the complete sales follow-up and reporting cycle.

Key ResponsibilitiesReal Estate Sales

Call and qualify incoming real estate leads. Explain project details and understand client requirements. Schedule site visits with potential buyers. Follow up with clients until closing. Maintain daily lead, visit, and follow-up reports.
Interior Design Sales

Call interior design leads generated from ads. Understand client needs and book office/site visits. Follow the complete sales workflow from lead to onboarding.
Digital Marketing Sales (Internet Spark)

Call leads for digital marketing services. Clearly explain our packages, pricing, and benefits. Schedule Zoom/office meetings with prospects. Assist senior management during client meetings.
Communication & Calling Skills

Ability to start sales calls confidently and professionally. Handle objections, answer queries, and build trust with new clients. Follow proper calling etiquette and maintain a friendly tone. Excellent speaking skills in Hindi and English (Gujarati is an advantage).
Reporting & Coordination

Attend client meetings for notes, support, and coordination. Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports. Work closely with the management team for follow-ups, proposals, and closures. Be actively involved in the entire sales process of all three business divisions.
Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or telecalling. Strong communication and convincing skills. Comfortable talking to new and random people on call. Good understanding of basic sales scripts and lead management. Highly confident, presentable, and disciplined. Must be able to work from office only (Satellite & Shilaj, Ahmedabad).
