Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage distribution channels for cement products in assigned territories.
Identify and onboard new retailers, wholesalers, and contractors.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through effective planning and execution.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends to adjust strategies.
Ensure timely supply chain coordination between company, warehouse, and customers.
Maintain strong customer relationships and provide after-sales support.
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (any field)
0-1 experience in
cement, construction materials, or building products distribution
.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Salary:12K-13K + Incentive
Two wheeler is mandatory
