Finding new business opportunities and contacting potential customers. Maintaining positive relationships with customers and providing a great customer experience. Explaining products and services to customers. Achieving sales targets Setting appointments, following up on leads. Preparing weekly and monthly reports and daily visit reports. Negotiating contracts with clients Resolving customer complaints and providing solutions. Preparing and giving sales presentations to prospective clients.
