Key Responsibilities:
Reach out to potential and existing customers to inform them about products and services through o structured conversations (calling & scripts provided).
Understand customer needs by asking the right questions and provide relevant solutions to close sales.
Answer queries related to company products and services confidently.
Maintain and update customer information in CRM with disciplined follow-ups.
Handle customer objections and grievances in a professional manner to preserve the company's reputation.
Consistently achieve individual and team sales targets, going the extra mile to maximize conversions.
Keep accurate records of calls, conversations, sales progress, and follow-ups.
Skills Required:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English & Hindi required).
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills with the ability to handle objections effectively.
Proven track record in telesales/sales/customer service with targets (phone-based saleexperience preferred).
Ability to learn quickly about financial products and explain them in a simple manner to prospects
