Job Description

Lead Generation & Sales:

Identify new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.

Customer Relationship Management:

Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Presentations & Demos:

Deliver tailored presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.

Negotiation & Closing:

Negotiate contracts and close sales, ensuring targets are achieved.

Reporting & Analysis:

Track sales metrics, prepare reports (weekly/monthly), and analyze market trends/competitors.

Product Knowledge:

Maintain in-depth knowledge of products/services to provide accurate information.

Required Skills and Qualifications



Experience:

Proven experience in sales, business development, or a similar role.

Communication:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills for negotiating and presenting.

Software Proficiency:

Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office.

Results-Oriented:

A driven mindset focused on achieving targets and KPIs.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is often preferred.

Monthly/Quarterly/Annual sales quotas. Number of new leads generated. Conversion rate of leads to clients. Customer retention and satisfaction rates
