The Sales Advisor is responsible for assisting customers, understanding their needs, and providing the right product solutions to achieve sales targets while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products
Achieve individual and store sales targets
Explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly
Handle billing, cash, and POS transactions accurately
Maintain product displays and store cleanliness
Manage customer queries, complaints, and follow-ups
Support stock checking, replenishment, and inventory control
Requirements & Skills:
Minimum qualification: 10+2 / Any Graduate
Freshers or candidates with retail sales experience
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-focused attitude
Willingness to work in shifts and on weekends
