The Sales Executive / Sales Consultant is responsible for driving two-wheeler sales by actively engaging with walk-in customers, explaining Yamaha product features, guiding them through financing and registration processes, and ensuring a smooth, customer-friendly experience from enquiry to delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Handling & Product Presentation
Greet and engage walk-in and online customers in a professional and friendly manner.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable Yamaha models and variants.
Explain product features, specifications, colors, pricing, offers, and finance options.
Conduct product walkarounds and demo rides (if applicable).
Sales Process Management
Follow up on leads from telephonic, online, or showroom enquiries.
Prepare and present quotations based on customer requirements.
Assist customers with booking, documentation, financing, insurance, and RTO registration.
Track the entire sales process till vehicle delivery and post-sale follow-up.
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets as assigned.
Finance & Insurance Coordination
Coordinate with in-house or third-party finance partners for loan processing.
Explain loan terms, EMIs, and eligibility to customers.
Assist with insurance process (new/renewal) and documentation.
Reporting & CRM
Maintain daily enquiry and follow-up registers.
Update sales database/CRM with customer interactions and status.
Submit daily/weekly/monthly sales reports to the Sales Manager.
Showroom & Display Maintenance
Ensure all display vehicles are clean and properly maintained.
Keep updated with the latest product launches, offers, and Yamaha sales training.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education:
Minimum Graduate in any stream.
Experience:
0-3 years in automobile/two-wheeler sales (freshers can apply with good communication skills).
Showroom-based role with some field visits for follow-ups or delivery.
Working hours: 8.30 AM - 6 PM (may vary slightly).
Weekends and festival days are working, with compensatory offs during weekdays.
