Sales Advisor

This role is based in Goa and is a sales role with monthly targets. Only candidates with relevant sales experience and the ability to work in a performance-based environment should apply. Key Responsibilities:
Lead Management & Pre-Sales
Attend inbound sales inquiries via WhatsApp, calls, emails, and Zoho meetings
Proactively follow up with past leads and revive old opportunities
Conduct initial client conversations and explain service offerings
Book paid consultations with the Director for qualified leads
Conduct basic research to identify potential clients via online platforms or referrals
Sales Meetings & Client Conversion
Prepare client background information for scheduled meetings
Participate in or support Director-led virtual consultations
Guide clients through our process and position TIC Global as their ideal solution
Handle objections, build rapport, and drive conversions
Deal Closure & Onboarding
Negotiate packages and close deals independently
Send invoices, follow up for payments, and finalize onboarding
Update CRM systems with accurate client interaction history
Coordinate smooth handovers to the Operations team once payment is received
What We're Looking For:
? Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience (tele-sales, virtual sales, consultative sales, or B2C preferred)
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
? Prior experience in target-based roles with a proven record of meeting or exceeding goals
? Confident in using tools like WhatsApp, Zoom/Zoho Meetings, CRMs, and Google Workspace
? Self-disciplined, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
? Access to a reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment
