As a Sales & Business Development Associate, you will be responsible for generating new client leads, building strong relationships with prospects, and converting opportunities into successful advisory engagements. You'll play a key role in educating clients about investment opportunities and helping them achieve their financial goals.
What You'll Do
Identify and engage potential customers through calls, emails, referrals, and networking
Promote investment products and mutual fund solutions to retail and HNI clients
Understand client investment needs and recommend suitable solutions
Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-ups
Coordinate with internal teams to streamline onboarding and documentation
Attend meetings, sales events, and client presentations
Who We're Looking For
1 to 4 years of experience in
sales, business development, or financial services
Passionate about sales, goal-oriented and a strong communicator
Basic understanding of mutual funds, financial planning, or investment products (preferred)
Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport quickly
Self-motivated, resilient, and eager to learn
