We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Mutual Fund Sales Manager with a strong background in retail mutual fund sales and team management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving mutual fund sales through a team of Relationship Managers / Sales Executives, building strong distributor and client relationships, and achieving business targets in alignment with the company's growth objectives.Key Responsibilities:- Drive mutual fund product sales across retail and HNI segments.- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 5-10 sales professionals.- Design and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.- Develop and manage distribution channels including IFAs, NDAs, and direct clients.- Ensure team productivity and conduct regular performance reviews.- Organize product training sessions and joint calls with team members to enhance client engagement.- Maintain strong relationships with key partners and clients for sustained business growth.- Monitor and analyze sales trends, market developments, and competitor activities.- Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policy guidelines.- Report sales performance and forecasts to senior management on a regular basis.Key Requirements:- Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.- AMFI/NISM Mutual Fund certification is mandatory.- Minimum of 7 years of mutual fund sales experience, including 2-3 years in a team leadership role.- In-depth understanding of mutual fund products, distribution networks, and investment advisory.- Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.- Target-driven with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals.- Ability to train and motivate a high-performance sales team.
