Key Responsibilities

Identify and generate sales opportunities by acquiring new customers. Sell banking and financial products such as savings accounts, current accounts, deposits, etc. Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to increase business. Achieve daily and monthly sales targets set by the bank. Record and track customer interactions in the bank's CRM/system. Ensure compliance with KYC and banking regulations.
This role involves travelling locally and engaging with customers in the field regularly.

Qualification

Graduate in any discipline (Bachelor's degree)
Skills Required

Good communication skills (English + local language) Ability to generate leads and convince customers Teamwork and ability to handle pressure
Other Requirements

Driving licence & two-wheeler may be required since field travel is part of the job
Work Location

Work is in person, visiting customers and markets in your assigned area
