Key Responsibilities:
Generate new leads through networking, referrals, and market research

Manage the complete sales cycle--from prospecting to closure
Maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business
Track sales performance and meet monthly revenue targets
Requirements:
1-4 years of experience in sales (preferably in advertising, media, or marketing)
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Ability to understand creative services and translate them into client-driven solutions
Target-driven, self-motivated, and proactive in follow-ups
