Responsibilities:
Engage with walk-in customers and understand their requirements.
Recommend suitable products such as tyres, batteries, and oils based on customer needs.
Provide detailed product knowledge and technical guidance to customers.
Maintain strong product knowledge of different brands and variants.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to drive repeat business.
Coordinate with the service and operations team for smooth customer service.
Handle billing, documentation, and ensure proper after-sales support.
Qualifications & Skills:
2-3 years of sales experience in the automobile industry.
Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
