Role Overview:

We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our B2B lighting division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building lasting client relationships, and contributing to the expansion of our premium hotel and hospitality clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new B2B business opportunities within the hospitality, real estate, and commercial sectors Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including architects, project managers, and procurement heads Develop customized lighting proposals and pitch solutions based on client requirements Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure timely collections Stay updated with industry trends, lighting innovations, and competitor offerings Support project execution by coordinating with internal teams and ensuring client satisfaction

Requirements:

1-3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in lighting, interiors, hardware, or electricals Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong presentation and negotiation abilities Self-motivated with a problem-solving mindset Familiarity with sales CRM tools and reporting
