We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our retail team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, assisting customers, and maintaining excellent store standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers to understand their needs
Promote and sell products to achieve sales targets
Maintain product knowledge and provide accurate information
Ensure proper display and merchandising of products
Handle billing, returns, and basic store operations
Maintain store cleanliness and follow company policies
Requirements:
1-3 years of experience in retail sales (freshers can also apply)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-oriented with a positive attitude
Qualification:
Plus Two / Any Graduate
Salary & Benefits:
15000-20000 + incentives
