Job Description

A Sales Advisor is responsible for assisting customers, understanding their needs, recommending suitable products or services, and supporting the company in achieving sales targets. The role requires strong communication, product knowledge, and a customer-first approach.

Key Responsibilities



Greet and assist customers with product or service inquiries

Understand customer needs and recommend suitable options

Explain product features, pricing, and benefits clearly

Achieve individual and team sales targets

Maintain accurate sales records

Follow up with customers to convert leads and ensure satisfaction

Handle queries, concerns, and objections professionally

Stay updated on product/service knowledge, promotions, and company guidelines

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
