Greet and assist walk-in, telephonic, and online customers.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicle models.
Explain product features, specifications, and benefits clearly.
Conduct test drives and ensure customer satisfaction.
Prepare quotations and handle pricing and finance discussions.
Follow up with potential customers to close sales.
Coordinate with finance, insurance, and registration teams.
Complete all documentation before vehicle delivery.
Maintain customer records in CRM / Lead management systems.
Achieve monthly vehicle, finance, and accessory sales targets.
Participate in promotional events, roadshows, and campaigns.
Gather and share competitor information and market trends.
Handle customer queries and ensure post-delivery satisfaction.
Encourage customer referrals and repeat business.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate or Diploma (any discipline).
0-3 years of experience (automobile sales preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Email, CRM tools).
Passion for automobiles and customer service.
Valid two-wheeler/four-wheeler driving license preferred.
