Beast Drive - The Survival Run 2026 is South India's most thrilling 3500 km car rally and adventure sports challenge. Participants drive across 9 cities, completing survival and adventure activities while competing for top prizes including a Jeep Wrangler, Thar Roxx, and BMW GS 900.
We are expanding our Sales Team to manage leads from digital platforms and convert them into confirmed registrations for the 2026 edition.
Role Overview
The Sales Advisor will handle inbound and outbound calls from potential participants who have shown interest through Facebook, Meta, Instagram, or Google Ads.
Your goal is to explain the event, clarify doubts, and close registrations over the phone.
Key Responsibilities
Call and follow up with leads received from online campaigns (Facebook, Meta, Google Ads).
Handle inbound calls, answer queries about the Beast Drive event, packages, and registration process.
Convert interested leads into confirmed participants through persuasive and informative communication.
Maintain a high conversion rate and achieve weekly/monthly sales targets.
Record all lead interactions in CRM / lead tracker.
Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams for offers, payment follow-ups, and event updates.
Maintain professionalism and ensure a strong brand impression on every call.
Requirements
1-3 years of experience in tele-sales / inside sales / call center / event ticketing.
Excellent spoken English + regional language (Kannada / Tamil / Telugu / Malayalam preferred).
Good communication, listening, and persuasion skills.
Familiar with Facebook / Google lead forms and CRM handling.
Positive attitude, self-driven, and target-focused.
