Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calls, and digital platforms
Meet and consult with clients to understand their property needs and preferences
Showcase available properties, conduct site visits, and provide detailed property information
Guide clients through the buying, selling, or leasing process
Negotiate deals and close sales in alignment with company policies and client satisfaction
Maintain and update CRM/database with client interactions and sales progress
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders
Stay updated on real estate market trends, property laws, and competitor offerings
Collaborate with marketing and legal teams to ensure smooth transactions
Achieve or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
Requirements:
Proven experience in real estate sales or similar sales roles (1-3+ years preferred)
Knowledge of local real estate laws, market conditions, and trends
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred)
Real Estate License (if required by local regulations)
Must possess a valid driver's license and have access to a vehicle
