Key Responsibilities
Create compelling sales pitches to promote and sell employability-focused products.
Consult with potential learners to understand their career goals and recommend suitable finance/employability programs.
Manage the end-to-end sales cycle including
lead qualification, consultation, objection handling, and closing deals

Guide and support students through the
entire admission process
, including documentation, MIS systems, and fee collection.
Work on
high ARPU (Average Revenue Per User) products
and drive conversions to achieve set targets.
Maintain accurate data using
CRM tools and dialer systems
.
Provide a
customer-centric experience
with empathy, patience, and professional communication.
Required Skills & Expertise
Minimum 1 year of experience in EdTech Sales
(must).
Strong skills in
lead nurturing, prospecting, forecasting, and closures
.
Ability and confidence to sell high-value employability products.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Target-oriented
with a disciplined and professional approach.
Familiarity with
Sales CRMs
