We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Advisor to join our sales team. The Sales Advisor will be responsible for understanding customer needs, promoting products/services, generating leads, and closing sales while maintaining long-term customer relationships.
Responsibilities
1. Handle customer inquiries and explain products/services
2. Generate and follow up on leads
3. Achieve sales targets and close deals
4. Maintain customer relationships
5. Update sales records and reports
Qualifications
1. Minimum: Graduate / Undergraduate
2. MBA / Sales & Marketing certification is a plus
Experience
1. 0-2 years for fresher-level roles
2. 2-5 years preferred for experienced Sales Advisors
3. Experience in real estate / retail / FMCG / service industry is an advantage
Requirements
1. Good communication and negotiation skills
2. Customer-focused and target-driven
3. Basic computer knowledge
4. Sales experience preferred (freshers can apply)
