Role Overview
We are looking for
Sales Engineers / Sales Advisors
who can effectively sell
cloud telephony and VoIP solutions
to businesses. The ideal candidate will have both
technical understanding
of telephony/cloud-based communication systems and
strong sales acumen
to identify prospects, pitch solutions, and close deals.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, qualify, and engage prospective clients for TTC's cloud telephony and VoIP products.
Conduct
product demos
and
technical presentations
to showcase features and business benefits.
Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate telephony or SaaS-based solutions.
Collaborate with internal technical and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and maintain an active pipeline in CRM.
Stay updated on competitor offerings, market trends, and emerging technologies in cloud communication.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Educational & Professional Requirements
B.Tech / B.E.
(preferred in Electronics, Computer Science, or IT).
Alternatively, candidates with
minimum 3 years of experience
in
cloud telephony, VoIP, SaaS, or IT solution sales
may apply.
Strong understanding of
SIP, VoIP, DID, IVR, PBX
, or related technologies is a plus.
Experience in B2B / enterprise sales with proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Skills & Competencies
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong technical aptitude with ability to explain complex solutions in simple business terms.
CRM proficiency (Zoho CRM experience preferred).
Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable with consultative selling.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
