Job Description

Role Overview



The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets. The ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter with excellent communication skills and a strong ability to close deals.

Key Responsibilities1. Business Development



Identify and target new customers through market research, networking, and cold outreach. Generate qualified leads and convert them into sales opportunities. Actively pursue new business to meet or exceed sales targets.

2. Client Management



Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships. Understand client needs and propose relevant products or solutions. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

3. Sales Execution



Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations. Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and contracts. Close sales deals and ensure timely payment collection.

4. Reporting



Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM tools. Prepare weekly and monthly sales performance reports. Provide market feedback and insights to the management team.

Key RequirementsEducation & Experience



Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). 1-3 years of proven experience in sales or business development. Experience in [industry--optional] is an advantage.

Skills



Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to build rapport and maintain relationships. Target-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently. Basic proficiency in MS Office; experience with CRM software is a plus.

Pay: ₹10,964.21 - ₹44,623.93 per month
