The Sales Advisor will be responsible for understanding and identifying client real estate requirements, conducting market and asset class analysis, assisting in site visits, and supporting commercial negotiations and deal closures. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Guindy, Chennai. Key Responsibilities
Selling identified and mandated residential real estate projects/apartments to potential clients.
Leasing office and retail assets to corporate clients and companies.
Coordinating and conducting site visits for clients.
Handling commercial negotiations, closures, and registration formalities.
Managing inventory, CRM entries, and maintaining accurate client/property databases.
Working independently as well as collaboratively with the team to achieve targets. Education
Graduate / MBA (Preferred)
Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related fields will be an added advantage. Experience
2 3 years of overall work experience.
Experience in sales (insurance, credit cards, real estate, product marketing, etc.) is preferred. Skills Required
Strong spoken English and excellent communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Knowledge of digital marketing will be an added advantage.
