Key Responsibilities Role: International Voice Process - UK Campaigns

Shift:

UK Shift (Afternoon to Late Evening IST)

Make

outbound calls

to UK customers as part of our lead generation & engagement campaigns. Build

trust and rapport

with customers through professional and engaging conversations. Collect, validate, and update

customer details accurately

in the CRM. Consistently achieve

daily productivity and quality standards

. Follow all

compliance and process guidelines

during customer interactions.

Skills & Requirements

Excellent spoken English

with a neutral or UK-friendly accent. Strong

listening, communication, and interpersonal skills

. Prior experience in

International BPO / Voice Process

preferred (freshers with good communication skills are welcome). Comfortable working in

UK shift timings

(Afternoon - Late Evening IST).

Basic computer skills

and familiarity with CRM tools.
