About the Role
Whizen Academy offers live and interactive coding classes for kids and teens aged 6-18. Our programs are designed to build real tech skills through fun, hands-on learning.
We're looking for a high-performing, communicative, and driven
Sales & Admissions Executive
to guide parents through the admissions journey for our coding programs for kids. You will be responsible for conducting consultations, organizing demo classes, and converting leads into confirmed admissions.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to leads generated through marketing, social media, referrals, and walk-ins.
Consult parents, understand their child's needs, and recommend the right program.
Organize, schedule, and coordinate demo classes with instructors and parents.
Close demo class conversions by addressing queries and guiding parents to enrol.
Maintain detailed records of calls, follow-ups, and lead status on tracking sheets/CRM.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding after admission.
Achieve monthly sales/admissions targets post training.
Take complete ownership of the
end-to-end admissions journey

Be available for
demo classes outside standard working hours
, whenever required.
Who Can Apply
Minimum 1 year of prior sales experience (Mandatory).
Must have completed Graduation (Any stream).
Excellent communication skills (written and spoken)
in
Bengali, English, and Hindi.
Must have
own laptop
to perform daily tasks efficiently.
Confident, empathetic, and persuasive communicator.
Comfortable working on Google Sheets.
Target-oriented mindset with strong ownership and accountability.
Must be based in Siliguri and willing to work from the office 4 days/week.
