We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in
CRM (preferably Salesforce)
, with exposure to
sales operations
and a good understanding of the
financial aspects of sales processes
.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and update sales data in CRM systems (Salesforce) to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Support the sales team with administrative tasks including order processing, contract management, and documentation.
Track, monitor, and report sales performance metrics to management.
Collaborate with finance teams to handle invoicing, payment follow-ups, and reconciliation.
Assist in preparing sales forecasts, budgeting, and pipeline analysis.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders for smooth sales operations and timely client deliverables.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and financial processes.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
Minimum 2+ years of experience in Sales Administration, Sales Operations, or a similar role.
Proficiency in
CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
.
Strong knowledge of
sales operations and finance-related activities
.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Preferred Skills:
Experience working with IT/Analytics/Technology sales teams.
Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
