Prepare and process sales orders, quotations, invoices, and delivery documents
Maintain and update customer and sales records in ERP/CRM systems
Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, Warehouse, and Logistics teams
Track order status and follow up on pending deliveries and payments
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
Handle customer inquiries and provide administrative support to the sales team
Ensure accurate documentation and timely data entry
Support sales managers in achieving sales targets through effective coordination
