Job Description

Sales Administration

Support continental and regional sales teams with day-to-day administrative tasks Prepare and process sales orders, contracts, price lists, and promotional agreements Coordinate with country sales teams to ensure timely submission of sales data
Reporting & Analysis

Compile and consolidate sales reports (daily, weekly, monthly) from multiple countries Track sales performance, targets, forecasts, and KPIs Maintain accurate sales databases and dashboards
Coordination & Communication

Act as a liaison between continental sales, country teams, supply chain, finance, and marketing Coordinate sales meetings, reviews, and business planning sessions Follow up on action items from sales meetings
Systems & Data Management

Maintain sales data in ERP/CRM systems Ensure data accuracy across markets Support system updates, pricing uploads, and master data maintenance
Forecasting & Planning Support

Assist in sales forecasting and demand planning processes Support new product launches and promotional rollouts across markets
Compliance & Documentation

Ensure sales documentation complies with company policies Maintain organized records for audits and internal reviews
Key Skills & Competencies

Strong organizational and administrative skills High attention to detail and data accuracy Strong analytical and reporting skills Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination Ability to work across cultures and multiple markets
