Sales Administration
Support continental and regional sales teams with day-to-day administrative tasks
Prepare and process sales orders, contracts, price lists, and promotional agreements
Coordinate with country sales teams to ensure timely submission of sales data
Reporting & Analysis
Compile and consolidate sales reports (daily, weekly, monthly) from multiple countries
Track sales performance, targets, forecasts, and KPIs
Maintain accurate sales databases and dashboards
Coordination & Communication
Act as a liaison between continental sales, country teams, supply chain, finance, and marketing
Coordinate sales meetings, reviews, and business planning sessions
Follow up on action items from sales meetings
Systems & Data Management
Maintain sales data in ERP/CRM systems
Ensure data accuracy across markets
Support system updates, pricing uploads, and master data maintenance
Forecasting & Planning Support
Assist in sales forecasting and demand planning processes
Support new product launches and promotional rollouts across markets
Compliance & Documentation
Ensure sales documentation complies with company policies
Maintain organized records for audits and internal reviews
