Key Responsibilities:

Monitor activities of individual sales team members to ensure adherence to guidelines and standard operating procedures. Continuously monitor, review and report sales activities and outcomes of individual sales team members against targets. Ensure all inbound leads/enquires are promptly allocated and directed to an appropriate team member in sales team. Actively monitor Sales Pipeline for individual sales team member and proactively report/highlight potential problems/performance issues. Notify and direct individual sales team members, in case of any variations in sales process viz a viz defined process and guidelines. Conduct performance evaluation and incentive calculations for sales team members based on daily activity data. Ensure a high performance sale team through active and continuous monitoring of individual sales activities and sales results.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or higher 2-4 years of experience in sales administration or process management role Exposure to or hands-on experience with Zoho CRM Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Good written and verbal communication skills Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively Proactive mindset and willingness to learn
Salary: Rs 1.8L ~ Rs 3.0L per annum
