Key Responsibilities
Order Management: Receive, process, and verify sales orders (phone, email, online), issue invoices, and track payments.
Customer Support: Answer inquiries, handle complaints, provide product info, and offer after-sales support.
Data & Records: Maintain and update customer records, sales databases, and sales reports.
Reporting: Compile sales reports for management to monitor goals and trends.
Inventory: Monitor stock levels and arrange for reordering
