Role Overview
We are looking for a
Sales Administration Intern
who is enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and eager to learn the fundamentals of sales operations within the FMCG industry. This internship offers hands-on exposure to sales coordination, documentation, and cross-functional communication, providing a strong foundation for a career in business administration.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the team with day-to-day administrative tasks and documentation
Maintain and regularly update databases and contact records
Organize and manage sales-related documents, promotional materials, and records
Handle basic customer inquiries and ensure timely follow-ups
Support the sales team in streamlining processes and improving data accuracy
Eligibility & Requirements
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in
Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Good verbal and written communication skills
Working knowledge of
Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt
