Overview:
This role is responsible for supporting the PBNA Retail team with all sales support activities, including (but not limited to) pricing updates, small account TPM setup & maintenance, customer Masterdata maintenance and customer portal update. Responsibilities:
Functional Responsibilities

• Building and maintaining TPM tactics for unplanned portfolio and settlements
• Process Customer Master data and Pricing request, ensuring conformance to established data quality standards and service level agreements
• Maintain customer contracts central repository, ensuring consistency between master documents and Pricing on system
• Continuous improvement recommendations and implementation
• Maintain SOP documentation for all activities

Qualifications:

• Degree qualified in Business / Commerce
• Experience of 3-5 years for L4
• Exceptional written and oral communication, adapting approach by situation and audience
• Good Data and Analytical skills
• Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills
• Proactive, responsive and results driven
• High attention to detail

Essential

• Fluent English with excellent interpersonal skills (& ARABIC for roles to be hired at Cairo)
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office programs
• Collaboratively and proactively works with multi-functional teams
• Dynamic, organized and able to handle competing priorities

Good to have :

• Working knowledge of any BI tool
• Experience in FMCG
